Jester's Voice: PAC - Power Authority Competence Weblogging some say is revolution in journalism. I signed up a weblog providing social business network first on 13-Oct-05. Fasten seat belts ! . . . next stop: Podcast ! 01 Dec 2005
Dear ecademists,
Germany has it's first female chancellor and I found two phrases during her inaurugation speech quite remarkable:
". . . during first big coalition was challenged to 'risk more democracy' . . . today I call you all for 'risk more liberty' . . . "
" . . . stop building groups, open your mind for different views . . . "
She herself made the first step into this direction when she ended with showing personal greatness and respect to former strong combattet rival chancellor Schröder, saying:
"The 2010 Agenda (contains lots of unpopular but obvious neccessary changes that are supposed to be made upon economical weakness) was a step into right direction and he will find his entry in history upon that."
For this she has my full respect and I recognize her in this concern as a PAC, showing Power, Authority and Competence not in sense of having but being.
And this finally leads me to the following what I learned from one of my most respected mentors who said:
Three things in life are very important for success: Power, Authority and Competence. The most important thing about is, how ones predominant attitude is in this regard: Being or using it.
Once you find the right answer I'm sure you are on your way to liberty . . . fearless, successful.
Warm regards,
Andreas Wiedow, dancin' with BeoniT
